Elite Events, based in Pondicherry, is a premier event management and exhibition organizing company renowned for delivering exceptional, impactful, and result-oriented events. Our company created and launched the world’s first Ayurvedic Vetiver Mask, which was supplied globally. This innovation earned widespread recognition, with BBC and several leading South Indian television channels and magazines featuring interviews and coverage about our contribution.

MR. JAYA CHANDRAN C.M

Mr. Jaya Chandran C.M is a visionary entrepreneur and the driving force behind the Group of Elite, a diversified business group excelling in Real Estate, Resort Management, and Event Management.
With over 32 years of marketing excellence, his professional journey spans across multiple industries — including 13 years in Real Estate, 10 years in Event Management, and 5 years in Resort Management — shaping him into a well-rounded leader with deep business insight and strategic foresight.
From humble beginnings, Mr. Jaya Chandran started his career in 1993 as a pharmaceutical delivery boy, earning a modest ₹300 per month. Guided by determination, discipline, and a relentless pursuit of growth, he explored various industries such as Automobile, Insurance, Events, and Resorts, gaining invaluable experience and building the foundation for his entrepreneurial success.
After 19 years of hard work and persistence, he made his first investment — a turning point that marked the birth of his entrepreneurial journey.
Today, under his able leadership, Elite Property Developers stands as one of Pondicherry’s most trusted and dynamic real estate companies, with a proven track record of delivering projects covering over 2,50,000 sq.ft of plotted development and 22,000 sq.ft of built-up area.
